Herbalife nutrition plan - for fast weight loss
Day 1 Herbalife Nutrition Plan
Breakfast:
- Herbalife Shake Formula 1 (2 tablespoons) in 250 ml of water (or if not used with PDM, mix with 250 ml of skimmed milk or soy milk)
- protein drink mix PDM (2 tablespoons) in the smoothie
- 1/2 cup berries (blueberries, raspberries)
Mix all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
- 15 ml Herbalife Aloe Vera Beverage Concentrate in a large glass of water
- 1 small tablespoon Herbalife Tea Instant Drink with Plant Extracts in a glass of water with a slice of lemon (can be combined with aloe vera)
Lunch: Chicken salad
- 100 g grilled chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups salad mix
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Light lemon-olive oil dressing
- 1 tablet Herbalife Formula 2 Vitamin & Mineral Complex
SNACK:
- 250 ml water
- 2 tablespoons protein drink mix
Mix well in a shaker.
- 1 tablet Herbalife Phyto Complete
DINNER:
- Herbalife Shake Formula 1 (2 tablespoons) in 250 ml of water (or if not used with PDM, mix with 250 ml of skimmed milk or soy milk)

- 150 g salmon fillets
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
Season the salmon with lemon, salt and pepper and then cook on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.

Day 2 Herbalife Nutrition Plan
Breakfast:

- 1 banana
Mix all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Lunch: Turkey wrap
- 100 g turkey breast, cut into thin slices
- 1 whole stick
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup lettuce
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
Fold all ingredients into the wrap.

SNACK:

OR Greek yogurt with honey and nuts
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 10 walnuts, chopped

DINNER:
- Herbalife Shake Formula 1 (2 tablespoons) in 250 ml of water (or if not used with PDM, mix with 250 ml of skimmed milk or soy milk)
- Protein drink mix PDM (2 tablespoons) in the smoothie
- 1 tablespoon Herbalife Multi Fiber Drink in the smoothie
OR Grilled chicken breast with quinoa and vegetables
- 150 g chicken breast
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup sautéed vegetables (peppers, zucchini, onions)
Season the chicken and fry it on the grill or in a pan until golden brown.

Day 3 Herbalife Nutrition Plan

- 1 can of tuna in water, drained
- 2 cups salad mix
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Light dressing made from balsamic vinegar and olive oil
- 1 tablet Herbalife Formula 2 Vitamin & Mineral Complex
SNACK:
- Herbalife Protein Bars OR Herbalife Protein Chips
- 1 tablet Herbalife Phyto Complete
DINNER:

OR Roast beef with sweet potatoes and green beans
- 150 g beef steak
- 1 sweet potato, sliced and baked
- 1 cup green beans, steamed
Season the steak with salt, pepper and garlic and then cook it on the grill or in a pan.

Day 4 Herbalife Nutrition Plan
Breakfast:

- 1/2 cup mango, diced
Mix all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

SNACK:

Lunch: Omelette with vegetables and feta cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 50 g feta cheese, crumbled
Whisk the eggs and place them in a hot pan with a little oil, add the vegetables and cheese and cook until the omelette is cooked through.

OR Baked cod with asparagus and wild rice
- 150 g cod fillets
- 1 cup asparagus, steamed
- 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
Season the cod with lemon, salt and pepper and cook in the oven until golden brown.

Day 5 Herbalife Nutrition Plan
Breakfast:

- 1/2 cup peaches, diced
Mix all ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

- 1 small tablespoon of Herbalife tea instant drink with plant extracts in a glass of water with a slice of lemon (can be combined with aloe vera)
SNACK:

Mix well in a shaker.

Lunch: Quinoa salad with vegetables
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 red onion, chopped

- 150 grams of shrimp

- 1 cup tomato juice
Add lemon juice, herbs and chili flakes to taste.

General recommendations:
