Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, a consumer being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Elena Velcinschi, Healthy-Meals.ch, Schürbungertweg 10, 8302, Kloten, Switzerland, tel.: 0766854530, email: rucken@Healthy-Meals.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

For the goods to be refunded, the returned goods together with the fully completed and signed “Application for refund” must reach us within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will receive this form from me by email. The application can be sent in advance by email to rucken@Healthy-Meals.ch or enclosed with the parcel. After receiving the application and the complete goods, I will submit the application to Herbalife for review. The amount will only be refunded after Herbalife has reviewed and approved it.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where appropriate. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

2) Damaged or unsealed products will not be accepted.
