SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days.

Shipping is FREE for orders over CHF 69.90; for orders under CHF 69.90 the shipping cost is CHF 6.47 (excl. VAT). Delivery within Switzerland is handled by DPD or Swiss Post.

Delivery of the goods

We ship directly from the Herbalife warehouse, so you always receive fresh products.

• Your order is processed within 4 hours on working days and dispatched the following day.

• Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays may in rare cases leave the warehouse with a delay.

• Once you have received confirmation that the order has been received and dispatch has been initiated, no further changes are possible. We always strive to offer our customers the best possible service.

Lost or stolen parcels

We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels, as these are shipped directly by Herbalife. Please keep your proof of shipment and inform us immediately if the shipment does not reach you.

PAYMENT

For greater customer protection, payment in advance is required. Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card and TWINT. Online payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard, PostFinance, Google Pay, Apple Pay. The transaction is processed via a secure server managed by Payrexx.

• PayPal, an online platform that lets you complete your purchases in complete security and at no extra cost. Allows payment both via a PayPal account and by entering credit card details.
