Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 working days.

Delivery of the goods
We ship directly from the Herbalife warehouse. This means that you always receive fresh goods.
- Your order will be processed within 4 hours during working days and dispatched the following day.
- In rare cases, orders placed on a weekend or public holiday may leave the warehouse with a delay.
- Once you receive confirmation that the order has been received and shipping has been initiated, no further changes are possible. We always strive to provide the best customer service for our customers.
Lost or stolen parcels
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels as these are sent directly by Herbalife. Please keep the proof of shipment and inform us immediately if the shipment does not arrive.
